Hi, I’m Ruth, a qualified, experienced business and marketing coach with an appreciation of what's important in life. I’ve helped hundreds of people build and grow the business of their dreams. I also have over 25 years of business operations and management experience, which you can tap into.
Success doesn’t have to come at the expense of your mental health or never seeing your friends and family. I know because I was once that burnt-out freelancer who was overdelivering and undercharging. I was that busy mum, thinking I had to sacrifice spending time with my twin boys to have a successful business or career.
All that changed when I received coaching to get the clarity and focus I needed to start building the business I wanted and help other women do the same. All of a sudden, I saw possibilities and opportunities. I got the focus, clarity and confidence to believe what was possible.

Here’s how we will work together
Step 1: You will fill out a pre-coaching questionnaire to tell me about your goals for your business.
Step 2: We will map out the next 90 days during your first session. We’ll look at what you want to do and design our work to suit you. There is room for flexibility, so if things change, we can adapt. I’ll hold space for you, no matter what is happening in your life.
Step 3: I’ll send you notes and actions after every call, so you always know what to focus on in between sessions. I also offer feedback and copy coaching between calls, so you don’t have to wait for help with what you’re working on next.

I haven’t started my business yet. Would coaching with you help me set it up and find my first clients?
Seeking coaching before you begin is a sensible way to ensure you’re creating a viable business. I can help you fast-forward the process and avoid some of the pitfalls of setting up your own business.
I want to be able to quit my job but my business isn’t making enough money. Could you work with me on that?
Yes, I have helped clients to do this. You haven’t got an impossible dream. Together we’ll look at what is happening in your business and how you can use it to bring in the revenue you want.
I don’t know how to get clients and I’m rubbish at selling. Can you help me?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone. I’ll help you overcome your fears and give you practical solutions, starting with looking at your offers and how you talk about them.
Can you just tell me what to do?
We’ll work together to create a plan of action. At the end of each call I’ll send you notes with the actions you agreed you would take to move forward.
Can you work with me to scale my business?
Yes I can. Once you have the solid foundations in place we will go through the different options for scaling and growing your business that suit you (not someone else’s version of success). Unlike a lot of coaches out there I don't just show you one way I help you find your way. From growing a team, using paid social, setting up another business, adding income streams or creating a course or programme I have a wide range of experience to support you.
What are your qualifications?
I have an Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching from Animas. I’m also a qualified mental health first aid trainer.
Alongside this, I have 20 years of experience running projects and growing businesses, working in accounts, sales, project management, marketing, customer service, and managing teams. I've completed countless courses and learnt from some of the best in the industry from social media management, digital marketing, Facebook ads, Google ads, content design, content marketing, email marketing, video marketing, course or membership design, and funnel building.
What happens if I can’t make the sessions?
I ask that you give me at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or move a session, but I do understand that life gets in the way so I do give my clients flexibility. All sessions need to be taken within 6 months.
